Do I need to know Japanese to study in Japan?
Yes — UNITAS requires minimum N5 Japanese to apply. We train you to N5 in 3 months at iTokyo, then directly handle your UNITAS application and full 16-stage visa journey. Total timeline: ~6 months from zero Japanese to boarding the flight.
Are your trainers really native Japanese?
Yes — from N4 onwards, every trainer is native Japanese. We're transparent: our N5 Foundation is taught by an Indian trainer because grammar bridges in your first language help absolute beginners. Native immersion starts from N4 and continues through N1.
Can I learn from any city in India?
Yes. Our online live classes plus LMS access serve students pan-India. Study-in-Japan and Japan Placement also accept students from any Indian state — visa consulate routing is handled based on your region (Tamil Nadu → Chennai, North → Delhi, West → Mumbai, East → Kolkata, Karnataka/AP/Telangana → Bengaluru).
What if my COE application is rejected?
One free re-application — fully covered by our end-to-end service. Rejections are rare: our last 4 intakes have had 100% COE success. Historical rejection rate since 2012 is under 3%.

What's NEX-GEN and how does placement work?
NEX-GEN Corporation is our sister company in Tokyo. They source Japanese employers across IT, bilingual, interpreter, manufacturing, hospitality, and caregiver roles. Once you clear your target JLPT level (usually N3+), you enter the placement pipeline: interview prep, employer matching, visa support, relocation. 230+ placed since 2012.
